BACKGROUND
On April 21, 2023, a professional services contract was approved to provide Construction Material Testing services to the 2023 Annual Street Maintenance Project with Alpha Testing LLC by Administrative Action No. 23-5695.
This action will authorize Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the professional services contract with Alpha Testing LLC for the Construction Materials Testing Contract to provide construction materials testing for the 2023 Annual Street Maintenance Project. These testing services are required to assure that the material utilized during construction is in conformance with the quality required by the project specifications.
Alpha Testing LLC is a Dallas-based corporation operating within the corporate city limits of Dallas, Texas.
