BACKGROUND
On May 15, 2023, a professional services contract was approved to provide Construction Material Testing services to the 2023 Annual Street Resurfacing Project with HVJ North Texas - Chelliah Consultants, Inc. by Administrative Action No. 23-5725.
This action will authorize Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the professional services contract with HVJ North Texas - Chelliah Consultants, Inc. for the Construction Materials Testing Contract to provide construction materials testing for the 2023 Annual Street Resurfacing Project. These testing services are required to assure that the material utilized during construction is in conformance with the quality required by the project specifications.
HVJ North Texas - Chelliah Consultants, Inc. is a Dallas-based corporation operating within the corporate City limits of Dallas, Texas.
