BACKGROUND
Plaintiffs Ivan Francisco Bailon and Lucero Monserrat Bailon filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in an automobile collision on February 10, 2021, involving a Dallas Water Utilities vehicle. The City and Lucero Monserrat Bailon have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval. Ms. Bailon is represented by Rafi Debose, PLLC.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
A confidential memorandum regarding this matter will be provided to the City Council on August 4, 2023.
