BACKGROUND

On August 12, 2015, the City Council authorized an acquisition contract for the purchase and implementation of an airfield electronic monitoring and logging system (AEMLS) for the Department of Aviation with ProDIGIQ, Inc. and a five-year service contract, with two three-year renewal options for ongoing maintenance and support by Resolution No. 15-1339.

The proposed Supplemental Agreement No. 3 will allow the City to exercise the second of the two three-year renewal options, which will extend the service contract term to August 11, 2026 and also provide for the integration of a lease management system to the existing software for the Real Estate Division of the Department of Public Works.
