BACKGROUND
On behalf of the Department of Aviation, this item authorizes the acquisition of six parcels of land containing a total of approximately 144,940 square feet of land located near the intersection of West Redbird Lane and Pastor Bailey Drive for the Dallas Executive Airport Project. The property will complete a 40-acre tract of land to be used for aeronautical and/or non-aeronautical future development. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal. No relocation costs are associated.
