BACKGROUND
With the increase in passenger activity and subsequent staffing levels required to support increased services at Dallas Love Field (DAL), the Department of Aviation is looking for ways to maximize the use of our existing facilities and consider if additional administrative space is needed to accommodate continued growth.
Request for Statement of Qualifications was advertised on October 5 and 12, 2023. Three qualifications were received, and the Selection Committee reviewed, ranked, and selected all three firms to submit proposals and held interviews on December 13, 2023. Michael Baker International, Inc. was the firm selected to complete the study for this project.
This action will authorize an engineering services contract with Michael Baker International, Inc. to complete a comprehensive study for the Airport Space Planning at DAL.
