BACKGROUND

This action does not encumber funds; the purpose of a service price agreement is to establish firm pricing for services, for a specific term, which are ordered on an as needed basis.

This service price agreement will provide for emergency shelter services for the Office of Homeless Solutions (OHS). As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the award of these funds was originally delayed by OHS to assess impacts on services by the pandemic. Upon completion of the assessment OHS was then able to identify general fund dollars that could be added to the grant funds in order to create a more comprehensive approach to assisting homeless individuals while responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.
