BACKGROUND
Vescorp Construction, LLC dba Chavez Concrete Cutting is a Balch Springs-based corporation, operating within the corporate city limits of Balch Springs, Texas. This action will authorize a construction contract with Vescorp Construction, LLC dba Chavez Concrete Cutting for the construction of six alley reconstruction projects as Alley Reconstruction Group 12-2034. The alley reconstruction projects will include replacing the existing deteriorating alleys with new reinforced concrete alley pavement, drive approaches, and storm drainage improvements.
