BACKGROUND

Estrada Concrete Company, LLC is a Dallas-based corporation, operating within the corporate city limits of Dallas, Texas.

This action will authorize a construction contract with Estrada Concrete Company, LLC for the construction of six alley reconstruction projects as Alley Reconstruction Group 17-1202.

The project scope will include replacing the existing deteriorating alleys with reinforced concrete pavement and storm drainage improvements.

Following are the locations and construction costs for each project:
