BACKGROUND

The City of Dallas will enter into an Interlocal Agreement with Dallas County to provide funding for testing and vaccination services related to the COVID-19 pandemic. This agreement will implement a 50/50 cost share between the City of Dallas and Dallas County. The City and Dallas County will procure contractors and receive and process invoices for payment. Depending on which entity procures the contractor and receives and processes the invoices, the other entity will then be invoiced by the initiating party its 50 percent share of expenses incurred.
