Title
Authorize a five-year service price agreement for maintenance and support of the City's existing record management and field base reporting system for the Department of Information and Technology Services - Intergraph Corporation dba Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure, sole source - Estimated amount of $5,579,891.76 - Financing: Data Services Fund

This service price agreement will provide maintenance and support for the City's existing record management system and field base reporting system, which is utilized by public safety personnel. Maintenance and support include upgrades to current releases of software, patches, annual training, hardware support, and 24-hour technical support. This service price agreement will also include the option to migrate from the current client-based to a web-based version of the system.

The system allows the City to collect and share crime data with not only Dallas County, but also State and Federal agencies. Some key benefits include:

* Digital images, audio files, and video files to be attached to investigation records
* Robust evidence management tracking
* Crime statistics reports
