BACKGROUND
On October 28, 2022, five bids were received for the Fair Park Centennial Building Improvements. This action will authorize a construction contract with Joel Brown & Co., LLC dba J.B. & Co. LLC., for the construction of the Fair Park Centennial Building Improvements Project for a total contract amount not to exceed $4,697,000.00.
